Privacy

Cub Climb is used by children, so the website keeps as little as it can run on — which is nothing on our side. Last updated 18 September 2026.

The short version

  • No accounts, no sign-up, no login — for a parent or a child.
  • We never ask for a name, email address, birthday, school, photo or voice.
  • Answers aren’t saved anywhere. Only the grade your child picks is remembered, in your browser.
  • No ads, no tracking cookies, no selling or sharing data. Ever.

What stays in your browser

The grade your child picks
So the grade picker remembers it next time. Nothing else.

It lives in your browser’s local storage on this device, and we can’t see it. Answers, scores and stars are shown at the end of a set and then forgotten. Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings removes the grade too.

Who else handles it

Google (Firebase Hosting)
Delivers the website’s pages. It sets no cookies and counts nothing for us.

Like any website host, Google sees the requests your browser makes, including its IP address, to deliver the pages. Its servers may be outside Canada.

Children

A child can play the website’s free puzzles without giving anyone any information. There is nowhere on the site to type a name, an address or a message.
