Help
For the Cub Climb app on iPhone and iPad, and the free puzzles on this website.

Our support address is being set up.
The app is locked on a new iPhone or iPad
Sign in with the Apple Account that bought it, open the app, and it unlocks by itself. If it doesn’t, go to the grown-ups’ screen that appears after the free puzzles and tap Restore a purchase. Purchases are never charged twice.
Cancelling the monthly plan
On the iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cub Climb → Cancel Subscription, or manage it on Apple’s site. You keep the app until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing is charged after that. The one-time purchase never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
Apple handles every payment in the app, and only Apple can give a refund; we can’t, and we aren’t told when one is made. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Brothers and sisters
One purchase covers everyone in your Family Sharing group, on their own devices. Each device keeps its own child’s progress.
Progress
- Progress is kept on the device, not in an account. We don’t have accounts, so we can’t move it or recover it.
- Moving to a new iPhone or iPad from a backup brings it along. Deleting the app removes it.
- The website doesn’t know what happens in the app, and the app doesn’t know about the website.
Stopping purchases
To stop purchases on a device entirely, use Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions. Family Sharing’s Ask to Buy puts every purchase in front of you first.
Privacy
Neither the app nor the website sends us anything about your child. The details are on the privacy page.
